Cultural exchange on Koh Mak

More than a hundred revellers from various European countries have already arrived at Koh Mak in Trat province, preparing to join the Thaibreak Festival 2019, which will kick off on Thursday March 14 and run until March 18.

This is the second time the laid-back island in the gulf of Thailand will pay host to the lifestyle vacation of true cultural exchange held over four nights and strictly limited to 500 participants.

Launched on Koh Samui in 1998, the annual vacation escape will feature electronic music, beach and boat parties, breathtaking sunsets, cozy after hours get-togethers, relaxing massage treatments and food offered by local vendors in a carefully decorated environment, with sustainability being a top priority in every single element incorporated into the event.

This year will bring an exciting international line-up of the finest artists in house and techno music, whose appearances can normally be found in large-scale festivals with tens of thousands of people. Expect to enjoy an intimate music showcase from Oliver Koletzki, Aka Aka, Felix Krocher, Klangkuenstler, Phil Fuldner, Tobi Neumann, Domenic D’Agnell, Markus Fix, Meat, Niko Schwind, Cotumo and Lovra. Local artists are also featured, including Dott, Chamapoo, Superstar Panda, Nudsko, Junesis and Casper.
